Hi, I’m Karla Bell

Karla is a person-centred counsellor, specialising in relationships. She is passionate about helping people heal their relationship with themselves. She works on an individual basis and with couples. She also runs workshops and classes around self-care and mindfulness.

Karla holds an honours degree in Theology and Psychology, a hdip in Counselling and is certified in the Therapuetic Use of Mindfulness. She is an accredited member of NAPCP. Karla is a Emotional and Binge Eating Disorder Specialist. Karla is also a qualified yoga teacher certified in Vinyasa and Yin yoga. And she's not done yet either!...she is currently studying vedic philosophy.

Karla uses many different modalities in her work and believes in an individualised, client-led approach because it empowers and educates people to continue their own journeys of accepting themselves
